Geared towards seniors from all backgrounds and levels of fitness.
Mobility, balance, posture and overall strength are observed through postural, movement and strength assessments.
Individualized plans will include tools and techniques that help improve all the above as well as practiced dynamic movements.
Cognitive function and motor skills are trained through exercises targeting neuromuscular function.
Prioritized movements include:
*getting up and down from the floor
*getting up from seated positions
*dynamic balance and stumble recovery
*muscular endurance
*overall postural strength
